Shawn St. Marie, DO is board certified in internal medicine. He graduated from University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, Maine and completed his internal medicine residency at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, Mass. and a neuromuscular medicine fellowship at Center for Family Care at Florida Hospital.

Dr. St. Marie’s interest in internal medicine is rooted in his desire to help his community. He has participated in numerous charitable endeavors both prior to and during his medical training, including a medical mission to Nicaragua, Give Kids The World Village in Kissimmee, and Hurricane Katrina relief efforts, to name a few. His proven leadership experience includes serving as president of his class in medical school, and he earned several awards for leadership and service during that time. His substantial research experience includes participating in the Berkshire Medical Center Research Forum on acute disseminated encephalomyelitis and serving as a research associate for a major pharmaceuticals company.

Dr. St. Marie is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American Medical Association, American College of Physicians, American College of Osteopathic Internists, American Academy of Osteopathy and Florida Osteopathic Medical Association.
