Our physicians are committed to quality and comprehensive treatment for patients of all ages. They have consistently been recognized for their expertise and compassionate care in the Central Florida community. As instructors for Florida Hospital’s Family Medicine Residency Program, our faculty physicians are preparing the next generation of family physicians. They stay up to date with all the latest medical education, are involved in research and publication, and are knowledgeable about cutting edge treatment options.

Our physicians follow a team approach, ensuring that every patient receives the best, most experienced level of care. Through the partnership of faculty and resident physicians, patients are given individualized attention, prompt service and advanced medical opinions. Our team also has the ability to treat patients needing care in an in-patient hospital setting at neighboring Florida Hospital East.

Brian Browning, DO

Dr. Browning graduated cum laude with his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He completed his osteopathic medicine residency at Florida Hospital East Orlando.

Eileen Conaway, DO

Eileen Conaway, DO is board certified in family medicine. She graduated from Edward Via Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed an Integrated Family medicine and Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine Residency at Florida Hospital East Orlando, where she served as Chief Resident.

Pallavi Deliwala, MD

Dr. Deliwala received her medical degree from the University of Bombay Seth G.S. Medical College in Bombay, India. She completed her residency in pediatrics, general medicine, psychiatry and ambulatory at the Seth G.S. Medical College and the K.E.M. Hospital in Bombay to attain Diplomate in Child Health (DCH). She completed her residency in Pediatrics at the University of Chicago.

Naz Gandikal, DO

Naz Gandikal, DO is board certified in osteopathic family medicine. She earned her medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Bio Sciences in Kansas City, MO. Dr. Gandikal completed her family medicine residency at Florida Hospital East Orlando.

Kamini Geer, MD

Kamini Geer, MD is board certified in family practice and fellowship-trained in women's health. She received her medical degree from Albany Medical College in Albany, NY and a Master of Public Health degree from Columbia University in New York, NY. Dr. Greer completed an Urban Family Health residency at Mount Sinai Beth Israel in New York, NY, where she served as Chief Resident.

Edward A. Jackson, MD

Edward Jackson, MD is board certified in family medicine. He earned his medical degree from Sidney Kimmel School of Medicine of the Jefferson University in Philadelphia. Dr. Jackson completed a residency in Family Medicine Saginaw Cooperative Hospital in Michigan where he also served as faculty and program director.

Richard Margaitis, DO

Richard Margaitis, DO is board certified in family medicine, neuromuscular medicine and primary care sports medicine. He graduated from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed a four-year integrated family medicine and neuromuscular medicine internship and residency at Florida Hospital East Orlando followed by a one-year sports medicine fellowship at East Carolina University’s Pitt County Memorial Hospital/Brody School of Medicine in Greenville, N.C.

Arlene E. O'Donnell, DO

Arlene O'Donnell, DO is board certified in family medicine and neuromusculoskeletal medicine. She earned her medical degree from Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg, VA. Dr. O'Donnell completed a residency in Integrated Family Medicine at Florida Hospital East Orlando, where she served as Chief Resident.

Sonia Rico, MD

Dr. Rico graduated from the Universidad de Monterrey in Monterrey, Mexico. She completed her pediatric residency at Albany Medical Center Hospital in New York and Driscoll Children's Hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas. She is currently Assistant Professor of Pediatrics for the Family Medicine Residency Program at Florida Hospital East Orlando.

Timothy Spruill, Ed.D

Dr. Spruill received his Doctorate of Education in medical counseling from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan. His special interests within medicine include mind and body relationships, lifestyle behavior effects on health and wellbeing, medically unexplained symptoms, motivational Interviewing, physician-patient communication, suicide and biomedical ethics.
